We want you to buy with confidence. If your order isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll help you return it for a refund.

How to start a return

Email info@tinseldoor.com with your order number. Once your return is approved we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, missing or wrong, email us with your order number and a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Dumpling Squishy calendar

Not happy with your Dumpling Squishy calendar? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price in full. You do not need to send the box back and you do not need to have kept every squishy.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, your order may already be on its way to the carrier.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
